All In The Details seeks to provide the best complete mobile auto detailing and ceramic coating experience. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for considering our services and point out some of the terms and conditions of our business criteria. We hope you will find these policies listed below helpful and informative in explaining the extent of our services.

The following is designed to protect your rights and our own. The most important terms are found at the top of this page under “Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy” and “Vehicle Terms.”

By scheduling any service with All In The Details, you hereby agree to all terms listed in this document.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To secure your appointment, we require your card details at the time of booking. No payment is taken upfront — your card is simply held on file.

A 30% cancellation fee applies to any booking cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled service date. A 50% no-show fee applies if we arrive at the agreed location and the service cannot proceed.

If you need to reschedule, just give us enough notice and we’ll move your booking at no charge.

 

Vehicle Terms

Please remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from your vehicle prior to any type of service. All In The Details will not move personal belongings for safety and liability concerns. If our technicians have to wait longer than 15 minutes for a customer to move personal belongings, we reserve the right to charge for the lost time at our discretion. The same applies to customers who are late for their appointments.

You must remove large amounts of trash and other debris from your vehicle prior to service. If excessive trash is present, we reserve the right to charge a $99.95 Trash Removal Fee at our discretion.

If areas such as the centre armrest storage or glove compartment are not cleared of belongings, we will not be able to clean them in order to protect personal property.

We ask that clients remove car seats and booster seats before we arrive. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle, we will do our best to clean around it but cannot promise total satisfaction. Due to child safety, we will not uninstall or install car seats under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition and the duration of time service will take. By booking with our company, you acknowledge that prices are variable depending upon inspection of your vehicle. We will always point out any additional charges (if necessary) before beginning work. You will not be met with surprise fees after service is completed.

Additional fees will be applied to jobs involving pet hair, staining, odours, hazardous materials such as mould or waste matter, etc.

Pet hair and sand are two of the toughest elements to remove with normal vacuuming. Removal is not guaranteed with any service offering, though we are successful in most cases.

We make no guarantees regarding the removal of stains and/or odours. We will always use professional-grade equipment and chemicals, but some upholstery, seatbelts, and carpets may be beyond restoration. Some stains are permanent. We will consult you regarding what can and cannot be done.

Odours cannot be removed by cleaning alone. They must be treated with ozone treatment and may require specialist attention.

When cleaning windows, temperature variables may cause temporary film or streaking. Please allow the vehicle to cool and wipe with a microfiber towel if needed.

We are not responsible for any pre-existing paint or clear coat damage. If the condition of the paint is such that our service may worsen it, the client accepts this risk at the time of booking. We will always advise, to the best of our ability, whether we recommend proceeding — however the final decision and responsibility remains with the client.

We are not responsible for damage to heavily soiled or previously damaged components (e.g., dash buttons, steering column buttons). Cleaning may reveal or worsen existing wear.

Headliners are gently cleaned only. Aggressive cleaning may compromise adhesive and cause sagging. If a headliner is too fragile during pre-inspection, we will not attempt to clean it.

We are not responsible for baked-on brake dust that cannot be completely removed.

Bird droppings, bug splatter, sap, and tar can chemically etch paintwork. Some marks may not be removable without compromising clear coat.

Exterior trim pieces may be beyond restoration and require replacement.

Any wax, sealant, or coating not properly maintained will not last its intended durability. We recommend safe hand washing.

 

On-Site Service Terms

Payment is required in full on the day service is completed.

Surcharges apply for excessive pet hair, heavily soiled vehicles, mould, and trash removal, in accordance with our fees available on our website.

We reserve the right to request payment in full if a client has cancelled multiple times as a condition of rescheduling. We also reserve the right to refuse service if scheduling or payment terms are not respected.

We reserve the right to alter bookings due to weather, staff illness, or equipment failure, and will notify clients wherever possible.

For safety, please remain at least 3–5 metres from the work area to avoid trip hazards.

Clients must communicate vehicle condition prior to our arrival. If hazardous substances (including but not limited to urine, faeces, mould, or mildew) are not disclosed, All In The Details reserves the right to request partial payment and cease the service to protect technician safety.

 

Photo / Video Rights

When scheduling services with All In The Details, you grant us permission to post photos and videos of your vehicle before, during, and after service. We will not identify clients by name, include license plates, or show home addresses without permission.

 

Service Guarantee

If there is clear evidence that a service was not fulfilled as ordered or workmanship is unsatisfactory, we will refund or redo the uncompleted portion at our cost.

Clients must report issues at post-inspection or within 24 hours of completion. Redos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after unauthorised cleaning or repairs.

Only services included in your order and authorised by All In The Details are covered under our guarantee.

 

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion. Refusal or failure to pay invalidates our service guarantee and any redo services are at the sole discretion of All In The Details.

Claims must be filed within 24 hours by emailing sales@allinthedetails.com (update if needed) with photographs attached.

Failure to disclose heavy stains, odours, biological waste, mould, chemical spills, etc., voids our service guarantee.

 

General Terms & Conditions

The client agrees to full payment prior to vehicle release. Unpaid invoices are subject to collection fees including attorney and court costs at 18% per annum interest.

By accepting the vehicle, you acknowledge the job as complete and satisfactory. Disputes must be submitted in writing within three days of invoice date.

All In The Details is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, accident, or other causes beyond our control, nor for consequential damages.

Estimates are good faith estimates valid for 30 days and subject to change.

We will conduct a pre-inspection prior to service. Existing scratches, cracks, or surface damage will remain visible and may affect applied protection products.

We reserve the right to refuse any work or vehicle for any reason.

We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, pricing errors, omissions, and descriptions at any time without notice.
